Portlaoise College of Beauty: PCB is one of Ireland’s leading hair and beauty colleges which was established in September 1997 and is a licensed CIDESCO, CIBTAC and ITEC accredited college. At Portlaoise College of Beauty and Complementary Therapies our students are well equipped to deal with the rigour and demands required to be highly successful. Students are encouraged and supported throughout the course.
